Medical detox facility

Medical Detox

When crisis strikes, the body needs stabilization before the mind can begin to heal. Our medical detox program at MRS Rehab provides 24/7 physician-supervised withdrawal management with medication-assisted treatment tailored to each substance. In Lincoln, CA, our 45-bed facility and 92-member clinical team ensure that no one faces the most difficult hours of early recovery without expert medical support.

Detox typically lasts 3 to 7 days, depending on the substance and severity. Throughout this phase, our nursing staff monitors vitals, manages discomfort, and prepares you for the structured care that follows. The goal is simple: move you from crisis to stability as safely and comfortably as possible.

Residential treatment

Residential Treatment

Once the storm of withdrawal subsides, residential treatment provides the calm, structured environment needed for lasting change. Our 30- to 90-day program immerses you in daily community meetings, peer mentorship pairings, and evidence-based therapies including CBT, EMDR, and psychodrama. With 24 years of experience, MRS Rehab has refined a residential model rooted in peer support and clinical rigor.

Each day begins at 7:00 AM with a community meeting that sets the tone for mutual accountability. Individual counseling, group therapy, and family sessions are woven throughout the week so that recovery extends beyond the individual to the people who matter most. Private rooms and amenities like our heated therapy pool and outdoor yoga deck create a setting where healing feels possible.

Outpatient session

Outpatient Program

Transitioning from residential care back to daily life in Lincoln does not mean leaving support behind. Our outpatient program offers flexible scheduling so you can maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while continuing therapy 2 to 5 days per week. Sessions include individual counseling, SMART Recovery groups, DBT skills training, and family therapy.

For many of the over 13,000 individuals we have served, outpatient care is where recovery becomes self-sustaining. You practice the coping strategies learned in residential treatment in real-world situations, with your clinical team available to help navigate challenges as they arise. Programs typically run 2 to 12 weeks, adjusted to your progress and needs.

Dual diagnosis

Dual Diagnosis

Addiction rarely exists in isolation. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions often fuel substance use, and treating one without the other leaves recovery incomplete. Our dual diagnosis program addresses both conditions simultaneously through integrated treatment plans developed by our psychiatric and clinical staff.

Using trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, individual counseling, and dialectical behavior therapy, we help uncover the underlying drivers of addiction. At MRS Rehab, the shift from crisis to calm means resolving not just the substance use but the pain beneath it, so that you and your family can move forward with genuine stability.
